The Hand Axe is a very common weapon used for many centuries as both a tool and a weapon. The axe wasters are made entirely of high quality, impact grade hickory and are based on the Viking bearded axe.

The Fantasy Broad Axe is hand crafted from quality 3/4 inch thick hickory and the handles are made of 1 1/4" birch with a 2 1/2 " ball pommel. Just like all of our other weapons, they are covered with clear lacquer for protection against moisture.
